Proxtivity ERP: built for speed, accuracy, and change. Proxtivity is a cloud-based ERP for manufacturers who need real control of work, inventory, cost, and delivery—from quotation to collections—without forcing the business into rigid “industry standard” workflows.
Who Proxtivity is for Proxtivity is a fit for companies that:
Bring in raw materials
Run multiple internal operations
Use outside processing suppliers
Need accurate tracking of activities and costs—repeatedly and reliably
Typical fit: 25–500 team members
The problems Proxtivity solves
Planners living in spreadsheets
Duplicated data across systems
Missed deliveries and constant expediting
Quoting surprises and unknown margins
Outside processing black holes
Month-end close pain
Quality and traceability burden
Inventory that cannot be trusted
Built to Improve Under Load Proxtivity is a living ERP that gets better from real-world use.Manufacturing will always produce exceptions—supplier shortages, outside processing discrepancies, inventory surprises, schedule changes. Most ERP systems get brittle under pressure and teams compensate with spreadsheets, workarounds, and tribal knowledge.
Proxtivity is designed differently. When users encounter friction or failure, we capture what happened, ask questions, and redesign the workflow so the solution becomes part of the system—not a workaround. Over time, Proxtivity becomes more accurate, more enforceable, and easier to use because it continuously absorbs real operational learning.
In practice, that means:
Exceptions become automated controls
Workarounds get replaced with standard workflows
Data becomes more trustworthy as usage increases
The system evolves with your business instead of falling behind
Proof Story: Outside Processing Shortage Control (Heat Treat) A manufacturer was sending washers to heat treat in 2,000 lb bins and repeatedly receiving less weight back. The shortage created ongoing disputes, time-consuming recovery efforts, and financial leakage. Working with the client, Proxtivity implemented a closed-loop control in 30 days:
When bins are received, they are weighed at receiving.
If returned weight is below a predefined tolerance versus what was sent, Proxtivity automatically issues a debit memo to the supplier equal to the value of the missing parts.
The supplier has 10 days to return the missing material, or the debit memo is applied to open invoices.
The issue was resolved and the control was incorporated into the broader system for use across suppliers.
A deliberate choice: an operator-first interface Proxtivity’s day-to-day ERP workflows run in a character-based, keyboard-driven interface delivered securely over SSH. This is a deliberate design choice:
Fast for high-volume transactional work
Intuitive once used in real workflows
Trainable for shop and office users
Agile for rapid improvements (including significant changes on the fly)
Stable under real manufacturing conditions
Modern visibility for leadership Operational dashboards, KPIs, and analytics are delivered through modern tools like Microsoft Power BI (and other reporting layers as required). Your team gets fast execution; leaders get modern visual insight.
We serve the end-users Proxtivity is founded on a simple belief: the people doing the work every day create the value. Anything that distracts them from that value is waste. When a user has a bad experience in our system and we’re told, we listen, ask questions, and redesign the experience. That’s how the system becomes easier to use, more reliable, and more aligned with real operations over time.
Proxtivity’s customization advantage One software baseline. One dedicated database per customer.Day one, all customers run the same Proxtivity software baseline. What enables true customization is that each customer has their own dedicated database in the cloud. This allows us to transform the customer’s data structure and implement customer-specific enhancements while maintaining a stable, supportable system—unlike multi-tenant software that must force all customers into the same configurable constraints.
